Dear clients!


We are improving the performance of your Personal Area (PA) and Partner Section by transferring them to a new server. This will make the service even more reliable and convenient for you.


In this regard, please note that your Personal Area may be unavailable on 15.08.2026 and 16.08.2026 due to technical works. Access to accounts on the MT5 and NeoTrade platforms remains unchanged.


Starting Monday, 17.08.2026, the first time you log in to your Personal Area, you will have to select the "Forgot your password?" option. You will then receive a confirmation code to the e-mail address you provided during your registration and afterwards you will be able to set a new password.
